We are JTech.
We are a Canadian diving team from the Waterloo Region in Ontario, who love to share our passion for diving. Creating a community of skillful, confident and safe divers is what we’re about. From sharing our knowledge of years of practice, many certifications and our love for the sport, we help others become confident in their own suits!
As avid divers, we have many years experience working within the diving community in Waterloo Region and in 2020 decided to take our passion to the next level by starting JTech. We saw an opportunity for more individualized service and through the hardships of the COVID-19 pandemic, the ability to keep the diving season going all year round with the development of our Winter Workshop Series. This became a great extension of the diving season and resulted in continued connection throughout the many long COVID related lockdowns we experienced in Ontario over the last two years.

The “T” in JTech comes from Wolfgang’s last name Trautmann.
With more than 14 years of teaching experience, Wolfgang is a certified SDI and TDI dive instructor that has what it takes to help you explore and experience the world of scuba diving.

Jamey English.
The “J” in JTech comes from Jamey.
Jamey has more than 12 years of teaching experience, and is a certified SDI and TDI dive instructor. She is ready to help you learn what you need in order to be a confident and skillful diver in a safe and fun way.
